Here’s my general guide for the at-home ice facial:

Lots of ice cubes or an ice rolling tool
A big bowl (ice bath facial)
Gentle cleanser
A washcloth
Moisturiser

Cleanse Your Face: Start with clean skin. Use a gentle cleanser to remove any makeup, dirt, or impurities.
Prepare Ice Cubes or Icing Tool: You can either use plain ice cubes or prepare your ice roller. You can infuse your water with green tea, cucumber water, or other ingredients for added benefits.
Glide Over Your Face: Gently glide the ice cubes/ice tool over your face in upward and outward motions. Focus on different areas, spending about 1-2 minutes on each section. Apply ice to the jawline, chin, lips, nose, cheeks and forehead. Although I find it so cold on my forehead it still feels so refreshing!
Avoid Delicate Areas: Be cautious around sensitive areas, such as the delicate skin around the eyes. If using around the eyes, make sure to use a gentle touch.
